  • Chopped Coriander : 1 Cup
  • Green Chillies : 3-4
  • Cumin Seeds : 1 Tsp
  • Coriander Seeds : 1 Tsp
  • Fennel Seeds : 1 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder : 1/2 Tsp
  • Oil : 1 Small Bowl
  • Salt : 1 Tsp

How To Make Moong Bhajiya

First of all, take a soaked moong dal and blend it with green chilies. Also blend coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds separately and blend them. Now take a blended moong dal in bowl and mix 1 cup coriander leaves, blended seeds mixture, turmeric powder and salt (add all of them as the given quantity in ingredients). Now that your batter is ready, heat up the oil in the pan and deep fry the bhajiyas on the low flame until they turn slightly brown as per shown in the video above.
